IAETE About Soapbox The Issues Moderator Panelists The First Word Digests

The mission of Soapbox is to bring educational technology industry leaders into conversation with educational researchers and practitioners, to publish their unique perspectives to both communities, and to have those ideas generate a wider discussion.

Quarterly forums are designed to identify issues that either hinder or help emerging learning technologies. Panelists agree to respond to the moderator's daily question and to read the responses from each other. At the conclusion of the event, an executive summary, The First Word, links to the panel's transcript. A discussion area provides opportunities for readers to share their views and to further refine our collective thinking about the ideas and issues presented here.
